Terms and conditions for training programmes ( online(recorded ) / classroom/virtual( live) classroom ( O/C/VC ) )conducted at Finance Rendezvous ( FR )

 

Participants/Customers agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Finance Rendezvous reserves the right to review and update these periodically.

Registration, booking and commercial terms

1. When booking onto a O/C/VC course we require you to register to create an account and provide us with certain information about yourself. However  doing this, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information about yourself or your organisation as prompted by the registration form

2. On submission of the O/C/VC form you will receive an automated summary email of your selection.

1. Notice of new pricing will be given in advance, but the FR reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. Discounts are available if bulk/group booking is done. Details are mentioned for each course. The discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability.

2. The programme course fees include: tuition fees and all relevant course materials only. Currently Fees must be paid online. The details will be sent via email. GST will be charged at the applicable rate depending on the product and/or customer.

3. No cancellation of fees/refund of fees is allowed. however at request, FR can adjust the fees already paid for a programme, for another programme

FINANCE RENDEZVOUS has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to FINANCE RENDEZVOUS is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. FINANCE RENDEZVOUS will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods and legal and regulatory requirements. 1. Ownership and intellectual property rights

All training material and documents provided by FR during training are owned by the FR. When you are given access to the online training material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Learning materials. No FR content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without the FR’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the FR’s intellectual property rights.
